At the Fit Stop, we are dedicated to our members. We are here to make sure you are comfortable, happy and feel the astounding sense of community that our members and Team Fit Stop provide. Whether it’s social, physical or mental wellness, we provide the space, supportive environment and professionals to help you reach your goals.
The Fit Stop Health Club is a locally-owned and a family-operated fitness facility in the Heber valley for over 25 years.
We offer a full range of fitness programs for all ages, over 60 group fitness classes weekly and our knowledgeable staff and certified Personal Trainers will be more than happy to work with you to reach your individual fitness goals.
Some of our other amenities include massage therapy, the Crag: a 25 ft wall with 2000 sq. ft of climbing area, Kid Stop childcare, endless lap therapy pool, new tanning beds, smoothie bar and much more!
