PHILOSOPHY

I believe that training compound, functional movements translate best to handling what everyday life throws at us. From getting out of bed to picking up something heavy off the floor, these simple movements can be easy for us as we age when we learn to do it properly and make our weaknesses strong. The feeling of doing something physical you couldn’t do before is so empowering! I love seeing confidence improve in a client as they continually show up and progress.

Small Group Training

Fitlab: A monthly ACCOUNTABILITY program with a guided into Fitness & Nutrition. 12 group training sessions focused on strength training & mobility, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30-10:30am. Learn how an 80/20 meal plan can help you achieve your goals. Weekly progress check-ins & group support

Brittney Navarrete

Small Group Training BC Boxing: Challenge yourself to a new sport. We work with all ages and levels.

Our coaches will teach you all aspects of boxing whether you want to get in shape or learn how to defend yourself or actually becoming an amateur or professional boxer our classes will fit your needs.

Classes Include; Jump roping, shadow boxing, bag work, mitt work. speed bags, and self-defense. Along with conditioning and ab training.

The classes are approximately 60 minutes.

My training is personally adapted to each client allowing me to train a vast allotment of backgrounds. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or simply trying to be a more well-rounded individual, I can help you nourish your body physically and mentally in the ideal capacity; however, I specifically enjoy working with women who are trying to gain confidence in their bodies.

Mickey Wilson 

Mickey is a NASM certified personal trainer. He has extensive knowledge in running with a specialty in marathon training. He also has a background as a strength & conditioning coaching. In addition to helping clients improve athletic performance he also enjoys working with clients on improving overall health & fitness.

Norah Lundin

PHILOSOPHY
There is no condition, ailment, issue, either mental or physical, that cannot be improved upon by a proper fitness and nutrition program.

CLIENT BASE
I have a varied clientele ranging from 30 something moms who want to lose weight and improve athletic performance to 86 year old great grandmothers who want to keep active and improve functional ability. Helping people feel and move better is my goal and I have a program for everyone that is safe and effective.
