Getting out of bed and picking up something heavy off the floor can get easier for us when we learn to do it properly and make our weaknesses strong. The feeling of doing something physical you couldn't do before is so empowering! I love seeing confidence improve in a client as they continually show up and progress.

Small Group Training BC Boxing: Challenge yourself to a new sport. We work with all ages and levels.

Our coaches will teach you all aspects of boxing whether you want to get in shape or learn how to defend yourself or actually becoming an amateur or professional boxer our classes will fit your needs.

Classes Include; Jump roping, shadow boxing, bag work, mitt work. speed bags, and self-defense. Along with conditioning and ab training.

The classes are approximately 60 minutes.

Norah Lundin

There is no condition, ailment, issue, either mental or physical, that cannot be improved upon by a proper fitness and nutrition program.

I have a varied clientele ranging from 30 something moms who want to lose weight and improve athletic performance to 86 year old great grandmothers who want to keep active and improve functional ability. Helping people feel and move better is my goal and I have a program for everyone that is safe and effective.
