I believe in elevating lives through movement and purpose. As a personal trainer, I believe that fitness is not just about the way we look, but about how we feel and what we can achieve. By fostering a sense of empowerment and cultivating a deep connection between the mind and body, I strive to guide my clients towards a life filled with vitality, confidence, and purpose. I believe that training compound, functional movements translate best to handling what everyday life throws at us. Getting out of bed and picking up something heavy off the floor can get easier for us when we learn to do it properly and make our weaknesses strong. The feeling of doing something physical you couldn't do before is so empowering! I love seeing confidence improve in a client as they continually show up and progress.

I love working with anyone who is motivated to get moving and feeling better. My goal is to help you with your fitness and nutrition goals.

I help busy parents get their fire and confidence back. I know how hard it is to stay on top of your fitness and nutrition while juggling so many responsibilities at home and work. I spent two decades yo-yoing back and forth in the gym and on fad diets. I also know how important it is to stay fit and healthy, so you have the energy and strength to chase your kids, or grandkids around, and just enjoy a full, active lifestyle.

I get it. Working out is hard. Being overweight, tired, and in pain is harder. I specialize in creating fully personalized resistance training programs to burn fat and build lean muscle so that we can unleash the best version of yourself. I also help you develop healthy eating habits around the foods you love to really get the most out of your training and see lasting results, for you and your whole family. Transforming your body is a game changer, but the ripple effect it will have on your family and friends is a life changer. Be the pebble.

Laynee Bonner

My goal as a personal trainer is to help everyone feel confident in their own skin. Throughout my life I've been told from people who are superior, and who's opinions matter most to me that I don't look the part. As a cheerleader who was constantly putting myself in front of an audience this made things really hard for me. These experiences forced me into an unhealthy mindset when starting my fitness journey. As I went along and pushed myself more, I learned that training isn't all about how I look and I learned that there are so many more benefits than everyone knows. I'm hoping that I can help anyone with a similar mindset and confidence issues that I had when I started.
